The brand is offering the automatic trims at an impressive discount of Rs 33,100, while the manual variant gets a discount of 28,100. Interested customers can take the benefits by visiting any nearby authorised dealership nationwide.
Discount Last Month
This is not the first time Maruti Suzuki has listed the model at a discounted price. Last month, the tech-loaded Swift has received a discount of Rs 15,000. This has been introduced to attract new customers in the segment.
Offers on Previous Generation
Apart from this, the company also has shifted the entire lineup of the previous generation under good benefits. It gets an impressive discount of up to Rs. 28,100 on petrol models, while the CNG version received only Rs. 18,100. To note, it is not known yet that the offer will remain the same for how long.
Sedans and Hatchback Sales
Meanwhile, it has been reported that the sales of hatchbacks and sedans witnessing a decline in the Indian market. This comes at a time when top manufacturers started focusing more on the SUVs, all thanks to an increase in demand.
As per the data shared by Cartoq, hatchback sales went down by almost 15 per cent in July 2024 compared to the same period last year. When it comes to the sedan, the segment has received a dip in sales by a drop of 22 percent.
