Darshan-starrer Kaatera’s First Track Pasandagavane Hits 5 Million Views in 5 Hours

Darshan is among the most popular actors in the Kannada film industry. He has been a part of some of the biggest hits and enjoys a massive fan following in Karnataka. He predominantly works in Sandalwood, but has done some Tamil films as well. Apart from being an actor, Darshan is also a producer and has backed some great films. People flock to theatres to watch his films. Currently, he is awaiting the release of his highly-anticipated mass entertainer, Kaatera. The film is all set to hit theatres on December 29. Recently, the makers released the first song of the film, Pasandagavane, and it has become a huge hit among the audience.

The song stars Challenging Star Darshan alongside debutante Aradhana Ram. The peppy dance number was released on Monday under the Aanand Audio label and has generated hype by amassing 1 million views in just 3 minutes. The audio label was thrilled to have garnered millions of views within hours of its release, and the team expressed their excitement on social platforms.

Later, it was found that the song was able to garner around 5 million views in 15 minutes. The Anand Audio Label took to their social media platform and made the official announcement. They wrote, “HEAVY RAINS; SORRY, THIS IS RECORDS RAIN BY #DBOSS HERE COMES 5 MILLION VIEWS IN JUST 5 HOURS 15 MINUTES.."

The song Pasandagavane was composed by V Harikrishna. The lyrics were written by Chethan Kumar and sung by Mangli.

Kaatera is inspired by real-life incidents from the 1970s. The film is co-written and directed by Tharun Kishore Sudhir and Jadeshha K Hampi. Maasthi has penned the dialogue for this action-commercial drama, while Sudhkar S Raj is in charge of cinematography.

Apart from the leads, the film also stars Kumar Govind, Vijanath Biradar, Jagapathi Babu, and Master Rohit in important roles. The project has been produced by Rockline Venkatesh under the banner of Rockline Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
