The man, all-conquering legend, MS Dhoni truly rolled back the clock on Sunday by scoring at a strike rate of 500. Dhoni gave the spectators, present at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, their money’s worth even though he came in to bat for the final four deliveries in Chennai Super Kings’ 20th over against Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Former CSK batter Suresh Raina, who earned the monikers ‘Mr. IPL’ and ‘Chinna Thala’ for his incredible consistency for the franchise, shared an appreciation note for the former India skipper. “Dear Thala, Just the joy of watching you finish,” Raina wrote sharing a photo of Dhoni.

But MS Dhoni had some other plans as he dispatched three sixes off his first six balls to give fans across the globe a heavy dose of nostalgia, reminding everyone that even at the age of 42, there are only a few players as good as himself when it comes to finishing the innings.
