AILET 2025 Eligibility Criteria Revised By NLU Delhi. Details Inside
The minimum passing percentage for candidates belonging to SC, ST and persons with disabilities will be 45 percent.

The National Law University (NLU), Delhi has revised the eligibility criteria for All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2025. The qualifying percentage has been reduced for LIM (one year) non-residential program, Joint Post Graduate/ LLM in Intellectual Property (IP) Law and Management (non-residential). The revised AILET 2025 eligibility criteria against the minimum qualifying marks for admission to LLM (one year) non-residential program is LLB or equivalent law degree with 50 percent marks. The minimum passing percentage for candidates belonging to SC, ST and persons with disabilities will be 45 percent. Earlier, it was 55 percent marks for UR category candidates and 50 percent for reserved categories.

For the Master of Law (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law and Management, the candidate must have completed LLB or an equivalent degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate.

Candidates appearing for the annual examination of LLB in the year 2025 will also be eligible to apply for AILET 2025.

Announcing the revised criteria, NLU Delhi said that other eligibility criteria for admission to LLM programs will remain unchanged. Application for AILET 2025 started on August 1 and will continue till November 18.

Eligible Candidates who wish to apply for AILET 2025 for BA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons), LLM and PhD programs can apply through the official website of NLU, Delhi at, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

The exam will be conducted in offline mode and will include sections on English, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, and Logical Reasoning. There will be a total of 150 questions. Candidates will be rewarded with a mark for every correct answer; 0.25 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. The duration of the examination is two hours.

    Register as a new user by providing the necessary information like name, email ID and mobile number.

    Login to your now-created account.

    Fill out the application form by providing personal, academic and contact details.

    Upload scanned copies of your passport-sized photograph, signature and any other required documents.

    Pay the application fee and submit it.

    Take a printout or screenshot of it for future reference.
