The Central Bank of India is seeking to hire Business Correspondent Supervisors on a contractual basis to oversee BC activities, with two vacant positions available. As per the official notification for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidate will undergo a 12-month term subject to satisfactory annual performance evaluations.
Selection will be based on interviews, as outlined in the official notification. According to the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 notification, retired bank employees must not exceed 64 years of age, while those seeking continued employment must be under 65 years old.
Younger candidates should fall within the age range of 21 to 45, while BC Supervisors should not exceed 60 years of age. The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 12,000, along with additional components such as transportation allowance and mobile/internet fees, as per the official notification.

To be eligible for the position of Business Correspondent Supervisor, the candidates must meet the following requirements.
Retired Bank Employees
Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank (PSU/RRB/private Banks/Cooperative Banks) up to the Rank of Senior Manager / equivalent may be appointed for the purpose.
Retired clerks and the equivalent of Central Bank of India having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
All applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years
Young Candidates
They should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however, qualifications like M. Sc. (lT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.
