Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling 2024 Round 2 Merit List Released, What's Next?

The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the second state merit list for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination, Undergraduate (NEET-UG). Applicants who submitted an application for admissions and are interested in applying to state college MBBS and BDS programmes can view the merit list at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in, the JCECEB official website.

According to the official schedule, today, September 11, the JCECEB will issue the vacant seat matrix following the release of the Round 2 state merit list. Candidates have until September 17, 2024, to fill their choices. This time, the NEET UG counselling registration period for Round 2 started from September 1 until September 7.

Candidates can change the options that they have already selected on September 18. The preliminary seat allocation letter for the second round will be issued between September 20 to 26. Verification of credentials and documents will be done by September 26. Acceptance of the third round of online applications for admissions will be held between September 24 to 29.

— Admit card, grade sheet, and 12th grade diploma.

— Class 10 marks card, grade sheet, and diploma certificate.

— Certificate of Local Residence for Jharkhand State.

— Jharkhand state’s SDO issued caste certificate.

— Two passport-sized photos

Jharkhand NEET UG 2024: Steps To Check Round 2 Merit List?

Step 1. Go to jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in, the official website.

Step 2. Click the “All counselling 2024” option on the site.

Step 3. A new page will be displayed to you.

Step 4. Click on the link “ State Merit List for 2nd Round of Online Counseling based on NEET (UG) – 2024 Result for Admission in M.B.B.S., B.D.S. &B.H.M.S Courses.”

Step 5. The state merit list for Round 2 will be shown on the screen.

Step 6. Print a copy of the document after downloading it for your records.

A counselling charge must be paid by candidates when registering online. The application cost is Rs 1,000 for candidates in the General/EWS/BC-I and BC-II categories, and Rs 500 for those in the ST, SC, female, and Divyang categories.
