West Bengal HS Results 2024 Date and Time: WBCHSE 12th Scorecards Tomorrow at 1 PM

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) will release the WB Higher Secondary Results 2024 tomorrow, May 8. According to sources in the WBCHSE, the result will be published at 1 pm. However, students can check the results from the website at 3 pm. The hard copy of the mark sheets will be issued on May 10, 2024.

The WB higher secondary examination 2024 started on February 16 and ended on February 29. After the completion of the higher secondary examination, lakhs of candidates of the state, along with their parents, are now waiting for the results to be published. Around 7.8 lakh students appeared for the WB HS exams this year.

West Bengal HS Results 2024: Where to Check?

To check the results online, you have to log in to the official website of WBCHSE at wbchse.wb.gov.in, and wbresults.nic.in. Students will also be able to check their results through the SMS facility and DigiLocker. WBCHSE class 12 students awaiting their results will however need their roll number and date of birth to check the scores.

West Bengal HS Results 2024: Steps to check

Step 1 – Visit the official website of WBCHSE at wbchse.wb.gov.in.

Step 2 – Then click on the West Bengal HS Result 2024 link.

Step 3 – Now enter the roll number and details

Step 4 – Then click submit

Step 5 – The result will appear on the screen.

Students must achieve a minimum threshold of marks in each subject to pass the West Bengal Higher Secondary exam which is 30 per cent of the total marks in each subject. Those unsatisfied with their marks will be allowed to send their copies for re-evaluation or re-checking.

Last year, in the WB HS Class 12 Board exam results, which were announced on May 24, 2023, the overall pass percentage stood at 89.25 per cent. A total of 8,24,891 candidates had appeared for the Uccha Madhyamik exam last year of which 7,37,807 passed the examination successfully.
