Avoiding intense hunger in the evening increases the likelihood that you won’t choose a nutritious dinner and will instead turn to processed and junk food.

The key to maintaining your weight and overall health is to eat frequently. In fact, all of your meals are equally necessary, and no one meal is more important or beneficial than another.

I. Naughty Patty Avocado Burger

Method:

  • Cut the Sesame burger bun from the centre horizontaly. Apply butter on both the sides.
  • Toast the bun under the salamander oven or on hot plate.
  • Spread chipotle mayo on the bottom bread of the burger bun.
  • Add and arrange crispy lettuce on top.
  • Add deep fried Avocado patty and Add fresh guacamole.
  • Topped with Cheddar cheese, melt under salamander oven and close the bun.
  • Serve along with potato wedges and mustard mayo.

Chipotle Mayo

Method:

  • In a mixing bowl add Mayo, Dijon mustard, salt and mix it well.

Guacamole

Method:

  • Finely chop all the vegetables
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredents together.

Avacado Patty

Method:

  • Mash the Avocado and add the bread crumbs,
  • Salt and lemon juice and mix well. Mould the mixture into Pattyshape and freeze.

Method:

II. Bhoot Jalokia Chicken Wings In house marination

Method:

  • In a mixing bowl add chicken wings. 6 pieces 200 gms in a portion.
  • Marinate it with tempura flour, salt, Aromat and Deep fry the chicken wings and keep it aside.
  • In a wok add chopped ginger and garlic. Add home made Bhoot Jolakiya chicken wings as per the below recipe. Garnish with spring onion and sesame seed.
  • Serve in round appetizer platter.

Bhoot Jalokia Sauce Home Made

Method:

  • Heat Oil in a pan and
  • Add all the ingredients together, mix them

Tempura Batter

Method: 

  • Mix the ingredients to create a batter.

III. Avocado Toast

Method:

  • Toast a slice of sourdough bread.
  • Add hummus spread.
  • Arrange thinly slice avocadoes and season it with salt and lemon juice.
  • Drizzle tahini dressing on top. Cut into 1/2 from centre.
  • Garnish with feta crumble, cherry tomatoes halves and microgreens.

Tahini Dressing Home Made

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add all the ingredients together

IV: Bhapa Doi

Method:

  • Cut the apple ( diamond cutting), place it on the plate.
  • Cut the grapes into half( deseed).
  • Place the crumb at the centre.
  • On top of crumb, place a scoop of baked curd.
  • Spread the caramel sauce on the plate in round shape.
  • Garnish it with mint leave and pinch of rock salt on top of caramel sauce

Bhapa doi mixture

Method:

  • Use thick hung curd.
  • Whisk the curd, smooth creamy texture.
  • Add corn flour, sugar powder, lemon zest and lemon juice.
  • Bake the mixture at 160*c for 18minutes.
  • Cool the mixture in fridge for scooping.

Biscuit crumb

Method:

  • Use mixer for biscuit crushing.
  • Melt the butter.
  • Pour the melted butter in biscuit crushed.
  • Crumb should be sandy texture.

Caramel Sauce

Method:

  • Take a pan, add sugar
  • Heat until the colour comes.
  • Remove the pan from range, add butter.
  • Let is cool little bit, slowly pour cream and mix well.

Hang Curd

Method:

  • Use muslin cloth for hanging the curd.

Method:

  • Cut the apple ( diamond cutting), place it on the plate.
  • Cut the grapes into half( deseed).
  • Place the crumb at the centre.
  • On top of crumb, place a scoop of baked curd.
  • Spread the caramel sauce on the plate in round shape.
  • Garnish it with mint leave and pinch of rock salt on top of caramel sauce
