England: Leicester were once an established member of the Premier League, securing four straight top-10 finishes from 1997-2000 and winning the League Cup twice during that four-year spell.

Regaining that status is the aim of the Midlands club now that they are back in the country's top tier for the first time since 2004, helped by an influx of cash from Thai owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.

"A top-10 finish would be huge," Leicester manager Nigel Pearson said, looking ahead to the new season, "but we have to make sure our first goal is to establish ourselves in the Premier League."

Leicester won the League Championship last season by nine points, passed the 100-point barrier and was the second-highest scorer in the division.

Yet it is one of the favorites for relegation after failing to sign any big names in preseason, with Argentine striker Leonardo Ulloa the most high-profile recruit at 10 million pounds ($17 million) from Brighton.

In: Leonardo Ulloa (Brighton), Matthew Upson (Brighton), Marc Albrighton (Aston Villa)

Out: Lloyd Dyer (Watford), Zak Whitbread (Derby County).
