Contacting Wag! as a Pet Caregiver
If you're experiencing an emergency during a Wag!-sanctioned service, dial 911, or press the red bell icon in the Walker App to be connected to Wag!'s emergency line.
To check on the status of your Wag! application, refer to the email that was sent to you when you first applied.
For general, non-urgent inquiries, use the "Help" tab in the app for live chat support. You'll usually be connected within a few minutes. To be connected to a Pet Parent, use the "Messages" tab on the Home Screen of the Walker App to send a chat.
