Go to https://account.grammarly.com/ on a web browser. You can use any web browser to delete your account, including the browser on a phone or tablet. Log in if prompted.
Click the Account tab. You'll see this in the menu on the left side of the page. If you have a Premium account, you need to cancel your subscription from the "Subscription" tab on the left side of your account page before you delete your account to prevent your card from being charged again.
Click Delete Account. You'll see this at the bottom of the page in red. When you delete your account, all your saved data will be permanently deleted.
Confirm the account deletion by entering your password. If you linked your Grammarly account with Facebook, you'll use your Facebook password to confirm. You may be asked to log in again and to enter a one-time code sent to the email address associated with your Grammarly account to verify your identity. After you've deleted your account, you can also consider removing the add-on from your browser. You can remove Grammarly, for example, from your Chrome browser by clicking ⋮ > More tools > Extensions and Remove under the Grammarly extension tile. If you're using Microsoft Edge, click … > Extensions, then click the gear next to the Grammarly extension and Uninstall. If you're using Internet Explorer, click the gear icon and Manage add-ons > Toolbars and Extensions > Grammarly > Remove/Disable. If you're using Firefox, click ☰ > Add-ons and Remove next to the Grammarly add-on. If you're using Safari, click the gear icon, then click Preferences > Extensions > Grammarly > Uninstall. If you're using Opera, click the red "O" > Extensions > Extensions and click the "X" in the upper right corner of Grammarly's extension description.
