On the X/Twitter App for Android
Launch the X, formerly Twitter, app on your device. It's the blue icon with a white bird.
Tap on your profile picture, at the upper left corner of the app. This will open the menu panel.
Select the Settings and privacy option. It will be the second last option on the list.
Tap on Account. It will be the first option. Then, search for the “Apps and sessions” option.
Tap on Apps and sessions. You can see it right before the “Log out” button.
Choose an application from the list. Tap on the application which you want to remove from your account.
Remove the application from your X account. Tap on the Revoke access link. That's it!
On Twitter Lite
Go to Twitter. Visit mobile.twitter.com in your browser and sign in with your account. Note that you can only access Twitter Lite via Chrome - Version 40 & above, Firefox - Version 40 & above, Safari - Version 7 & above, Android Browser - Version 4.4 and above, Microsoft Edge and Opera.
Tap on your profile picture. The menu will show up.
Tap on the Settings and privacy from there.
Tap on Account.
Open the “Apps and sessions” settings. Navigate to the “Data and permissions” header and select Apps and sessions from there.
Select an application from there. Just tap on it to expand.
Disconnect the app from your account. Tap the Revoke access link. Done! Do you change your mind? Just tap the “Undo revoke access”.
