Unblocking from a Conversation
Open Viber on your iPhone or iPad. It's the purple icon containing a white chat bubble and phone receiver. You'll usually find it on the home screen.
Tap the conversation with the person you want to unblock. This opens the conversation, which says “[Name] is blocked” at the top. If you deleted the conversation, see Unblocking in Settings instead.
Tap Unblock. It's near the top-right corner of the conversation. The person is now removed from your block list.
Unblocking in Settings
Open Viber on your iPhone or iPad. It's the purple icon containing a white chat bubble and phone receiver. You'll usually find it on the home screen.
Tap More. It's at the bottom-right corner of the screen. This opens a menu.
Scroll down and tap Settings. It's toward the bottom of the menu.
Tap Privacy. It's near the top of the menu.
Tap Block List. It's the third option in the menu. All of the people you've blocked are shown here.
Tap Unblock on the person you want to unblock. The person is now removed from your block list.
