New Delhi: In a big relief for a young man who saved several lives by detecting a live bomb during the 2008 Delhi blasts and helped prosecution build a strong case by identifying the accused, BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri has stepped in to provide him assistance. Bidhuri has promised to provide all possible help the young man.

A lawyer has also said that he will be moving the High Court seeking shelter and employment for the young man.

The young man was a key witness in the 2008 Delhi blast case in which more than 60 people were killed. He was awarded by the Vice President Hamid Ansari for his bravery. But his contribution was sidelined and the promises made to him by the government were broken, forcing him to live on the streets again.

However, after CNN-IBN picked up the story, help is pouring in from different quarters to provide a home to the brave man.
