Brahmakumaris host 3-day expo

CHENNAI:  A model of the Jyotirlinga at Somnath is the centrepiece of an exhibition that was inaugurated by Chennai Mayor Saidai S Duraisamy on Monday. The exhibition, held by the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, also showcases the movement’s Raja Yoga and meditation.The three-day exhibition, being held at the Adilakshmi Kalyana Mandapam near the Karneeshwarar Temple in Saidapet, would also feature a book stall and a video show giving information about the Brahma Kumaris, their activities.Duraisamy was led through the exhibition by Rajayogini BK Devi after inaugurating it. He spent a few minutes in meditation at the meditation room and stressed the importance of a value-based lifestyle for all humans.
