The investigation team of the Karnataka police probing the trespassing of Buela N Sam, a woman from Punalur, into the ISRO headquarters in Bangalore has reportedly taken into custody the proprietor of a studio from Punalur.
Sini Balan, proprietor of Jana Studio, was taken into custody for interrogation. Unconfirmed reports said that another staff of the studio Dibin was also reportedly taken into custody.
The five-member team left here on Wednesday evening. However, Kollam rural police did not divulge any details. Buela N Sam, the 44-year-old woman hailing from Punalur, had created a scare after she breached security to gain entry into the ISRO guesthouse and headquarters in Bangalore using a fake ID card. The probe team found that Buela had made the fake ID card at the Jana Studio here. A picture of Buela was found in the hard disk of the studio’s computer. While Sini Balan reportedly told the probe team that he has no role in the fake ID and Buela visited his studio to get passport- size photos done. He also said that she later went to a lamination centre to get her ID card laminated. The team visited the house of her husband Alex Thomas and collected details about her background.
The details about the treatment undergone by her at a mental clinic in Punalur were also collected by the team.
