Case against BSY admitted

BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Special Court, on Tuesday, admitted a private case filed in connection with illegal denotification of government land against former CM B S Yeddyurappa, Minister V Somanna and two others.    The Court directed the Lokayukta police to probe the case and file an investigation report on December 26.Judge N K Sudheendra Rao accepted it and ordered investigation into the case and directed Lokayukta SP to probe the case and file a report. He adjourned further hearing on the case till the same date.
