New Delhi: The Gujarat High Court has quashed a court complaint filed by Ahmadabad ACP NC Patel against suspended IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt.
Patel had filed a court complaint stating that Bhatt had not responded to repeated summons and had provided false information to the police.
Bhatt had challenged this court complaint in the High Court. Justice MR Shah of the Gujarat High Court has quashed NC Patel's complaint.
