Talking at a press conference in Ghaziabad, the wife of the slain Narendra Tomar alleged that those who had masterminded the killing had been given a clean chit by Ghaziabad police. Tomar was shot dead by four armed assailants near the Ghaziabad Development Authority office here on December 16.
Two persons, Kiran Pal and Ashuthosh, who are alleged to be sharpshooters, were in January arrested for Tomar's murder.
