HuJI e-mail sender traced, claims Chidambaram
Three teams of Delhi Police have been formed to assist the NIA in the High Court blast probe.

New Delhi: The person who sent the e-mail claiming that the Delhi High Court blast was carried out by Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami (HuJI) has been traced and is being questioned, Union Home Minister P Chidambaram claimed on Friday.

"We were able to trace the e-mail from Kishtwar within three hours, and now we believe that we have traced the person who sent the e-mail from the Kishtwar cyber cafe. Investigations are on," said Chidambaram.

Meanwhile, three teams of Delhi Police have been formed to assist the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in the High Court blast probe.

Delhi Police Commissioner BK Gupta said that the teams will be headed by Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ashok Chand and Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Arun Kampani.

Police are not ruling out the possibility of there being two bombers. Officials say that explosive used seemed to be similar to the one which went of in Mehrauli in 2008.

Wednesday's bomb blast was low on shrapnel and the make was very different from the earlier High Court blast in May. A third sketch of a suspect is also being prepared by the Delhi Police.
