New Delhi: It may sound repetitive, but the overwhelming response we are getting for the first IBNLive Movie Awards has made us more enthusiastic towards our work. However, the mission is still not accomplished. We need more support in order to get more like minded people on the same platform. Those who believe in quality must be approached, and for that we require active participation from you. You not only need to vote, but also share and spread the idea, so that more people can cast their vote and make their opinion heard.
The one thing which we have taken care of is the objectivity and fairness of the process. We consulted experts and made a list of final nominees. The list was made open to the readers for their participation. We were amazed to see the response as it was way beyond our imagination.
Chief categories including Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Film saw a good voter turnout, but other categories were also not behind. For example, the category for best Independent Film emerged as the most viewed category.
Today, we are going to take a look at the developments in the Best Actor in a Negative Role category. The five actors who mere nominated in this category are Aamir Khan (Dhoom 3), Rishi Kapoor (Aurangzeb), John Abraham (Shootout At Wadala), Paresh Rawal (Table No 21), and Vivek Oberoi (Krrish 3).
If Aamir Khan is among the nominees then he should be leading the race quite comfortably. Is this what you thought? Then you are wrong, because Rishi Kapoor is giving him a tough competition. Aamir Khan is leading the race with 31.80 percent vote share, and Rishi Kapoor is trailing behind him with 26.39 percent vote share. Paresh Rawal is at the third place with 14.34 percent votes, while John Abraham is right behind him with 14.07 percent votes. Vivek Oberoi is at the fifth place with 13.4 percent votes.
