IFFI 2014: Shekhar Kapur, Raj Kumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra to attend Day 1

Panaji: If the inaugural ceremony of 45th IFFI saw the presence of stalwarts Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan, actors Anupam Kher, Raveena Tandon and political leaders Arun Jaitely, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Manohar Parrikar and others, the first day will also not miss the glamour.

Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur will share his perspective on 'What is creativity? How do you describe the act of creation?' today. Shekhar, who will soon be directing 'Tiger's Curse', a fantasy adventure drama based on popular novels by Colleen Houck, took to Twitter to confirm his presence at the festival.

Filmmakers Rajkumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra will be attending a special session that pays tribute to British filmmaker Richard Attenborough. Richard Attenborough, who passed away on August 24 this year, is popular for his Academy-award winning film 'Gandhi'.
