Infrastructure facilities in all the 53 government schools under the panchayat will also be given a facelift. Each school will have better seating arrangements, fans, generator and modern amenities.Though a significant amount of ICT equipment has been made available through the ICT project initiated by the General Education Department, with the support of the Centre, much more needs to be done. More gadgets are required to meet the needs of all the students.So far, primary classes do not have access to ICT equipment. So the project lays stress on making primary classes tech-savvy by offering ICT facilities.
