New Delhi: Delhi is hosting the second stand alone meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia, China and India.
The talks are expected to focus on regional conflicts and greater trilateral co-operation.
The issues on the agenda are Iran's controversial nuclear programme, the worsening security situation in Afghanistan, the violence in Iraq, the Arab-Israel conflict and international terrorism.
Meanwhile, on a positive note China and Russia are expected to brief India on the North Korea accord.
The three countries will also seek to increase energy and economic co-operation.
The troika maintains that the trilateral is not directed against a third country or the West.
