New Delhi: Stepping up its diplomatic offensive ahead of the crucial IAEA vote on November 24, Iran is sending its deputy foreign minister Mehdi Safari to New Delhi on Thursday.

On his two-day visit, Safari is expected to brief the foreign office on the proposals that Iran is prepared to accept in order to resolve the deadlock over its nuclear programme.
