Know Your Customer form

District Collector P I Sheik Pareeth has stated that there should not be any concern for the consumers regarding the Know Your Customer (KYC) form.

Those customers applying for a change of name, new connection, transfer, second cylinder, in addition to those who have more than one connection and who have not booked cylinders for more than six months, only need to submit the KYC form.He clarified that the other consumers need not submit the form. The customers submitting the form should submit identification and address proof.
