MKs grandson moves HC for advance bail

CHENNAI: MKM Arivunidhi, son of MK Muthu and grandson of DMK leader M Karunanidhi, who apprehended arrest under various sections of the IPC and the TN Public Property Prevention of Damages Act, has moved the Madras HC for advance bail.Justice G Rajasuriya, before whom the application came up today, referred the matter to the CJfor placing it before some other judge.Following complaints from A Venkatesh and V Rajesh Annamalai, the CCB registered a case under various sections against Arivunidhi. The sections relate to house tresspass, assault and using forged documents as genuine ones.
