Rajasthan tennis ball cricket women’s team won the gold medal while the men’s team bagged silver medal at the 3rd west zone tennis ball cricket championship 2013 at Panaji. The tournament was organised from August 3 to 5.
Sri Ganganagar: MG University students protest against unsatisfactory results
The students of Maharaja Gangasingh University Bikaner staged a demonstration outside Balluram Godara Government Girls College owing to unsatisfactory results of the first year graduation courses. After seeing the results, the students staged a protest and chanted slogans against the university gates and blocked the traffic for hours.
Jodhpur: Sushant, Parineeti in city for shooting movie
The cast and crew of the upcoming Yash Raj movie, ‘Shudh Desi Romance” directed by Maneesh Sharma was in the city to shoot for a song sequence of the movie. The movie stars Sushant Singh Rajput, Parineeti Chopra and newcomer Vani Chopra. The cast was seen dancing for the song in Mehrangarh Fort.
Jaipur: Jaipur Diary records highest supply of milk
Jaipir diary has made a record of supplying 11.20 lakh litres of milk on a single day on Eid and Teej festival on Friday. According to the assistant manager, everyday approximately 8 lakh litres of milk is supplied by Jaipur diary, but because of the festive season, the supply touched 11.20 lakh litres.
