Prisoner escapes from court

BALASORE: An undertrial prisoner, Chandrakanta Singh of Udaynagar, escaped from the court premises on Thursday. He  was about to be produced before the court of executive magistrate when he escaped. Singh was arrested on the charges of theft a fortnight ago and was remanded in judicial custody. He was again being produced in the court  when he fled from the clutches of two lady constables who were escorting him.
