Deceased Professor H S Sabharwal's heart has been sent again for medical examination.
Indore: Deceased Professor H S Sabharwal's heart has been sent again for medical examination to the pathology department of Mahatma Gandhi Medical College in Indore, police said on Friday.
Pathology department's Chandrahas Kulkarni said it could take four to 15 days to come.
Earlier on September 5, the medical college had returned Prof Sabharwal's heart because it was not properly sealed.
Dr Kulkarni said histopathology test on heart was a part of the post-mortem. However, it was not carried out during post-mortem. There was nothing special about the test, he added.
Ujjain's Madhav College Prof Sabharwal died when he was attacked by students protesting over postponement of student union elections on August 26.
