Raheja IT violated building norms

HYDERABAD: Minister for Handlooms and Textiles P Shankar Rao on Monday accused the management of Raheja IT Park for violating the norms and constructing residential apartments in the 26-acre land provided to it for development of IT offices.He said that the government has already issued notices to the IT Park management and is seeking legal opinion on initiating action against them.He said that the Raheja group had not obtained necessary permission from the government.He added that the government will initiate action within two weeks with necessary arrangements being made in consultation with chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy.
