BHUBANESWAR: 1000 Sands, the upmarket luxury residential complex in Puri, was on Monday unveiled by Bollywood actor Raima Sen who handed over the keys of apartments to the first lot of customers. Developed by Kolkata-based Sen Group, the complex spreads over 3.2 acre. It offers five star amenities against the background of the charm of nature and beautiful landscapes, CMD Sudip Sen said. The complex offers spacious and airy one, two and three BHK apartments laced with an array of recreational facilities. As many as 217 sea-facing apartments are on offer with amenities like swimming pool, podium garden, jogging track, children’s playground and park, senior citizens’ area, meditation and yoga centres, restaurant, tennis court along with ample parking space and security, Sen added.
