Rao names 20 persons in affidavit

HYDERABAD: Following AP HC's directive, former minister and Secunderabad Cantonment MLA P Shankar Rao on Wednesday filed an additional affidavit in the court by naming persons who have approached him with 'oral representations' on the red sanders scam. He submitted names of 20 persons who included former forest minister and Congress MLA P Ramachandra Reddy and others from Chittoor, Kadapa, Kurnool and Nellore districts in the scam.Rao, in his additional affidavit, said that he had received oral representations from public about red sanders scam during his tour to the above 4 districts.  "I did not receive any  written representation. I gathered material from people,” he said.
