BANGALORE: Former tourism minister Gali Janardhana Reddy, who is presently in CBI custody, will be produced before the CBI Court on Monday.Meanwhile, in the wake of riots during his appearance before the court on March 2, it has been decided to shift the court to Parappana Agrahara Central Prisons premises.Reddy was taken into custody by the CBI sleuths in connection with illegal mining in the state. He was produced before the CBI designated court in City Civil Court Complex on March 2, when violence erupted involving advocates, journalists and policemen. In view of the violence, the CBI had asked the court authorities to shift the proceedings to the court hall located on the premises of the central prison.Meanwhile, massive security arrangements have been made there. It is most likely that the police would clamp prohibitory orders in the area on Monday morning. It is said that the police have decided to not let anyone who is not connected to the case, including advocates, near the court hall.
