Regulate price of Chrome Ore: JSL

BHUBANESWAR: The Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) on Monday requested the State Government to regulate the price of chrome ore by linking it with the market price. The demand was made because of rising price of chrome ore, Managing Director Ratan Jindal told mediapersons after meeting Chief Secretary Bijay Kumar Patnaik here. JSL, which has set up a 1 mtpa steel mill in Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex in Jajpur district, has been meeting its chrome ore requirement from the State-owned Orissa Mining Corporation (OMC).
