The suspect is the brother of victim's husband's first wife.
New Delhi: The prime suspect in the Rohini murder case was arrested on Wednesday. Thirty-year-old Meenakshi was shot dead when she was returning back home after dropping her four-year-old son to school.
Meenakshi was travelling in a rickshaw when an unidentified motorcycle-borne man shot at her in Sector 16, Rohini in northwest Delhi on Tuesday.
Three bullet wounds were found on her body.
The suspect is the brother of victim's husband's first wife. The police said Meenakshi's husband had troubled relations with the suspect.
This is the third shooting incident in the national capital in three weeks.
