BANGALORE: Notorious history-sheeter Manja aka Pooji, who was wanted in several criminal cases, was arrested under the Goonda Act by K P Agrahara police on Thursday.According to the police, as many as 12 cases including robbery, attempt to murder, assault, extortion and others are pending against him. He was arrested after he threatened public with his associates, Anbu and Saravana Muttaiah. Manja has been actively involved in criminal activities for the past six years, said Police Commissioner Jyothi Prakash Mirji.He is remanded in judicial custody and has been taken to Parappana Agrahara Central Prison.
