HYDERABAD: Many TRS and TDP MLAs of Telangana who submitted their resignations for the T cause, now want to continue as legislators. Their resignations are pending with Assembly speaker Nadendla Manohar, who is likely to take a decision before the winter session scheduled to commence on December 1.
The TRS and TDP MLAs submitted their resignations for the second time after the speaker rejected their resignations submitted en masse earlier. The TRS has announced that its MLAs will attend the Assembly and stall the proceedings demanding a separate T state.MLA Somarapu Satyanarayana, an independent representing Ramagundam Assembly constituency, met the speaker on Wednesday and urged him not to accept his resignation. He submitted a letter to the speaker in this regard. Till recently, Satyanarayana was an associate member of the Congress. He joined the TRS now.
