BANGALORE: More than 300 specially-abled children took part in Balotsava-2011 organised by Karnataka State Council for Child Welfare in association with ‘Janadhara’, an association of youths for social activities at Bal Bhavan on Thursday. As part of the utsav, various cultural programmes like Fancy dress competition, dancing, singing and other competitions were organised.
