Tennis star Sania Mirza is back into the top 100

New Delhi: Sania Mirza, India's highest ranked women's tennis player has now fought her way back into the top 100 of the singles WTA rankings

After her great showing at the Pattaya Open, where she lost in the finals on Sunday, to world number 5 Vera Zvonereva, the Indian star has jumped 39 places in the latest WTA rankings that refreshed on Monday.

She is now ranked 87th in the world. Sania is making a comeback to the sport after a wrist injury that forced her out for the majority of 2008.
