A young man named Poshetti Bhagat Prashant from Godavarikha in the Peddapalli district, Andhra Pradesh is showcasing his talent by creating electronic products with innovative ideas. His latest invention is a coconut grater. While similar products are available in the market, they are often expensive, costing thousands of rupees. However, Bhagat’s device is versatile and affordable, priced at just Rs 1,500.

Many people struggle to grate coconut by hand, whether at home, in function halls, or restaurants. Bhagat’s machine simplifies this task, making it easy to grate coconut without hassle. The device is portable and can be conveniently used at home, in restaurants, or at events.

The machine features an AC Motor (230V, 50Hz, RPM 2200), a steel blade, a switch, a regulator, a plastic casing, and a plastic basin. These components make up the efficient coconut grater. Bhagat’s innovative device has received recognition and awards from Exclusive World Records, High Range Book of Records, and Royal Success International Book of Records, as well as accolades for home innovation.

Bhagat’s approach to invention revolves around creating new items from useless materials. He firmly believes in repurposing and modifying unused items to create useful devices. He has already created various devices from discarded materials, earning state and national awards. Now, he has developed another innovative device and has applied to showcase it in the in-house innovation event scheduled for August.
