On Wednesday, the duo dropped a clip depicting their WhatsApp chats wherein they are talking about seeing each other. The conversation begins with Aditi sliding into Navya’s DM as she writes, “Hi Navya,” followed by expressing her excitement to meet her. The chat becomes intriguing as Aditi asks Navya whether she is “ready to swipe, swipe, swipe?”
A surprised Navya Naveli Nanda then asks Aditi Rao Hydari “Aren’t you taken?” In response, Aditi tells her that she can’t stop swiping anymore. The conversation ends as Navya tells her that the obsession is real.
Besides her professional endeavours, Navya Naveli Nanda has also been hogging the limelight for rumoured breakup with Siddhant Chaturvedi. An insider, speaking about the duo’s alleged relationship with Bollywood Hungama, shared that the romance between the two has fizzled out. Despite the alleged breakup, both Navya and Siddhant have chosen to remain good friends with each other, as revealed by the insider. Neither Siddhant nor Navya has yet publicly addressed the split.
Navya Naveli Nanda, who has chosen to stay away from a life of glitz and glamour, co-founded Aara Health, carving her own path. She also started the NGO Project Naveli in her early twenties and hosts a podcast named What The Hell Navya. The podcast witnesses the Bachchan family’s women together including Shweta Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan.
As for Aditi Rao Hydari, the actress has been on a roll ever since her last web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar premiered on Netflix. Co-starring Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sharmin Sehgal and Sanjeeda Sheikh, the series was an instant hit among cinephiles. Aditi’s portrayal of Bibbojaan in the series particularly stood out for her earnest performance and sincerity as the courtesan and freedom fighter.
Besides the female leads, the show also featured Fardeen Khan, Taha Shah Badussha, Shekhar Suman and Adhyayan Suman in the supporting roles. Set against the backdrop of the Indian Independence struggle in the 1940s, the series depicts the cultural reality of that era through the courtesans’ lens.
