Asim Riaz is back in the spotlight, but not in a good way. After his dramatic exit from Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 following a clash with Rohit Shetty and other contestants, a new clip from his recent show has gone viral. In the video, Asim calls out the show’s producers for supposedly editing clips to only show his reaction. The clip shows Asim, known from Bigg Boss 13, performing in Dubai while bringing up the Khatron Ke Khiladi controversy again.

In the clip, Asim Riaz says, “They say somebody is ruining internet. It’s okay. It’s an action, there’s reaction. But they only show my reaction. They don’t show action. They chop the clips and they show my reactions.”

The backdrop:

Asim Riaz, model and contestant, was shown the door after a heated showdown with host Rohit Shetty and other contestants in the second episode. Asim dissed everyone by calling them ‘losers,’ which didn’t sit well with Rohit. Rohit’s warning, “Utha ke yahi patak dunga,” (I’ll knock you right here), was followed by Asim’s dramatic exit.

The trouble started during a task where Asim, Aashish Mehrotra, and Niyati Fatnan had to collect flags from a seesaw. Only the top two would be safe from elimination. Aashish and Niyati finished the task, but Asim didn’t. This led the others to tell Asim he needed to take responsibility for his failure.

After failing the task, Asim said the challenge was impossible and told the team, “Do it in front of me. I won’t take a rupee from you guys. If you do it, I won’t take a rupee, camera is on.” Rohit then showed a rehearsal video where the team completed the task safely, explaining that they test everything before contestants try it.

After Asim was shown the door, Rohit Shetty said, “I wish him all the luck but now he can’t continue in this show. He has a point of view, no doubt about it and I respect that. I wish him all the luck. He is a young kid and may god bless him with success.”
