Actress Banita Sandhu, who made her Bollywood debut with Shoojit Sircar’s ‘October’, took the internet by storm with her surprise appearance in Netflix’s popular series, Bridgerton Season 3, which dropped on the streaming platform today. Banita debuted in the beloved series as Miss Malhotra. Pictures and videos of the actress from the latest season are going viral on social media, with netizens drooling over her look.
Banita’s character Miss Malhotra is expected to bring a new and unique dynamic among eligible bachelors. Bridgerton season 3 is all about Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington. The lead pair, played by Luke Newton and Nicola Coughlan, is at the centre of the historical romance series in season three, as they go from friends to lovers over the course of eight episodes.

Earlier, Banita made headlines for her rumoured romance with Canadian singer-rapper AP Dhillon after she starred in his music video ‘With You’. Banita also accompanied AP to a preview event of his docuseries, titled AP Dhillon: First Of A Kind. The actress had also shared a series of photos from that evening with AP on her Instagram account.
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama last year, AP was asked if he and his mates were single. “We are married to the game,” the singer said with a laugh. When pressed further, AP shrugged, hinting that he was indeed single.
Banita Sandhu is a Welsh actor, who worked with Varun Dhawan in Shoojit Sircar’s 2018 film ‘October’. She also acted in Vicky Kaushal-starrer ‘Sardar Udham’.
