Eijaz Khan Wanted to be the One Switching-off Bigg Boss 14 House Lights on Finale, Says 'I Had Promised That to Myself'
Bigg Boss 14 contestant Eijaz Khan said in a recent interview that he wanted to be the one switching-off the Bigg Boss house lights as the season concluded.

Actor and Bigg Boss 14 contestant Eijaz Khan, who had to leave the show mid-way because of prior work commitment, said in a recent interview that he wanted to be the one switching-off the Bigg Boss house lights as the season concluded.

In an interview with The Indian Express, the actor said, “I wanted to be the one switching off the light on the last day. I had promised that to myself, and lived and dreamt of it every single day. Unfortunately, it did not happen, and I have to believe that they tried their best. Why would they have kept my game alive otherwise. I am trying to be positive but am hurt as I really wanted to go in, not for myself but also my fans. I feel I let them down with not getting that closure.”

He further said, “I have always believed it’s more about the journey than destination. And I think I had a wonderful one.”

In Eijaz’s absence, Season 13 contestant and actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee was playing as his proxy, but got eliminated a few days before the finale week.

Meanwhile, the one’s switching-off the Bigg Boss 14 house lights were finalists Rubina Dilaik and Rahul Vaidya, and the former emerged as the winner.
