New Delhi: The fifth meeting on the FTII row between officials of the information and broadcasting ministry and the students of the premier institute will be held here on Tuesday.
Ranjit Nair, a member of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) students' core committee, said the next meeting will be held in Delhi's Shastri Bhavan on October 20 at 12 p.m.
The students have been protesting against the appointment of actor and BJP member Gajendra Chauhan as the chairman of the Pune-based premier institute.
In the last meeting, which was held on October 10 in Mumbai, the information and broadcasting secretary had ensured a meeting with Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting) Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore to take the negotiations forward.
