The Janhvi Kapoor and Jr NTR-starrer Devara Part 1 has been in the headlines ever since it was announced. Every update from the film is increasing the excitement among fans. In the same instance, a new update from the film is making the rounds on social media.

Devara Part 1 is said to run for 3 hours and 10 minutes. The makers aim to glue the audience to their seats for a longer duration. The film is already set to release in two parts and a single part with this run time is not common in the industry. There is no official confirmation from the makers yet and it is awaited to get clarity about the final runtime of the film.

The makers, recently, released the third song, titled Daavudi, featuring Jr NTR and Janhvi. Taking to her Instagram handle, Kapoor shared the video clip of the song. The caption of the post read, “Here’s the #Daavudi Video Song to keep you on track for the Blast on the Big Screens.”

According to a source, Janhvi had shot the song Daavudi after she was discharged from the hospital for food poisoning. “Janhvi Kapoor shot for the song ‘Daavudi’, just three days after being discharged from the hospital. Her energy and dedication shine throughout the song as fans and audiences pour in praises for her transformation into a mass heroine for her first ever big commercial pan India film,” a source said.

Before this, two songs, Chuttamalle and Fear Song, from Devara, were also released. The film stars Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko in vital roles. Directed by Koratala Siva, it is produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts.

The cinematography of the film is done by Rathnavelu, with production design by Sabu Cyril and edited by Sreekar Prasad. Devara is scheduled to hit theatres on September 27 in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. The action-drama promises to be an enthraling experience for audiences.
