Kajol Reveals Ajay Devgn Got Homesick After 40 Days Of Their Honeymoon: ‘I Am Tired, I Have Fever’

Ajay Devgn and Kajol are one of the most loved couples in Bollywood. The couple got married in 1999 and since then have been going strong. But did you know that Ajay Devgn was homesick on his honeymoon? Yes, you are reading right. In an old conversation, Kajol revealed that she had planned two months honeymoon but Ajay was tired after only 40 days.

In an old interview with Curly Tales, actress Kajol opened up about the two-month honeymoon that she had planned. The Lust Stories 2 actress said, “Do you really wanna get married to me? Tell me. If you really want to get married to me then you’ll give me that honeymoon. He was like ‘Ok baby’. But at the end of the honeymoon, he just got tired. He was so homesick by the end of it. After 40 days he was like ‘I am tired, I have fever.’ He got home SICK! So I was like, ‘Ok, we can go back now.'”

Kajol and Ajay Devgn are now blessed with two children-Nysa and Yug.

On the work front, Kajol will be soon seen in Maharagni – Queen of Queens,’ with Prabhu Deva. This action-packed thriller marks the long-awaited reunion of these actors after nearly three decades since their collaboration in Rajiv Menon’s ‘Minsaara Kanavu’ (1997). Steering this cinematic endeavor is director CharanTej Uppalapati. Recently, Ajay Devgn unveiled the teaser. The teaser highlights Kajol’s dynamic character engaging in intense battles, displaying remarkable skills and flair. Alongside, the film boasts a stellar lineup including Naseeruddin Shah, Samyuktha Menon, Jisshu Sengupta, and Aditya Seal.

Kajol and Prabhudeva shared the screen in the acclaimed 1997 Tamil film “Minsara Kanavu” directed by Rajiv Menon. This cinematic gem, alongside Arvind Swamy, captivated audiences and emerged as a smashing success. Its Hindi-dubbed adaptation, “Sapnay,” introduced to the masses the beloved track “Chanda Re.”

While Ajay Devgn was last seen in Maidaan. He has many films lined up in his kitty including De De Pyaar De 2, Raid 2, Son of Sardar 2. The actor has recently wrapped up the shoot of Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. Reportedly, he will start shoot of De De Pyaar De 2 which will also star Rakul Preet Singh, Anil Kapoor and R Madhavan.
