Alia Bhatt and her sister Shaheen Bhatt are known for sharing a strong and supportive relationship that’s visible on each other’s social media and at public events. Recently, the I’ve Never Been (Un) Happier author shared an exciting moment on her Instagram story when she spotted Bollywood diva’s Gucci poster in a public place. For those not aware, Alia was appointed as the Italian brands first Indian global ambassador last year. Meanwhile, Shaheen didn’t just share her sister’s image but the author also included a sweet message. In response, Gangubai Kathiawadi shared Shaheen’s story on her own Instagram and celebrated this proud moment together.
Interestingly, almost a year after becoming the ambassador, the actress debuted at the Gucci Cruise 2024 show in Seoul, South Korea in May. In the brand poster, Alia can be seen flaunting her unique style, dressed in a trendy outfit and stylish sunglasses. When Shaheen spotted the poster, she excitedly shared it on the social media platform and wrote, “Oh, hi sweetie,” and tagged the actress. The actress, on the other hand, quickly noticed the story and responded to her sister, saying, “Hi melon.”
By becoming a Gucci ambassador, Alia Bhatt joined the long and prestigious list of international personalities, which includes NewJeans singer, Hanni, Squid Game star Lee Jung-jae, actress Mina Shin, Jun Shison, Dakota Johnson, Julia Garner, ASAP Rocky, Elliot Page, Halle Bailey and Liu Wen.
Not just Shaheen Bhatt celebrated Bhatt’s achievements, but Alia’s husband, actor Ranbir Kapoor, also often shows his support. In a recent interview with Nikhil Kamath, Ranbir opened up about his marriage with the actress and dived deep into their relationship.
Kapoor said, “I’m so lucky that I married somebody who I’m extremely close to as a friend, we can really chat, laugh, b***h, like she’s my best friend. Alia is a wonderful person, she’s very colourful. The first time when I met Alia, she was 9 years old and I was 20 years old and we did a photoshoot together for the movie Sanjay Leela Bhansali wanted to make called Balika Badhu, about child marriage. Alia was somebody, who I met over the years and I knew this person is special, I have immense respect as an actor, as an artist, as a person, as a daughter, as a sister and she really makes me smile. I’m very happy to go home to her.”

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt, who made her acting debut in Karan Johar directorial Student of the Year in 2012, the actress is currently gearing for movies like, Love and War, Jigra, Brahmastra 2 and Jee Le Zaara.
