YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has been making headlines for the past few days with regard to the alleged snake venom case. A day after Elvish was questioned by Noida Police in connection to the case, it has now been reported that the nine snakes recovered from the alleged decoy party brought by five men who were arrested last week had their venom glands removed.
As reported by Hindustan Times, an investigation by the veterinary department of the government claimed that eight of these nine snakes also had their teeth missing. Reportedly, this veterinary report will be submitted in court soon. However, News18 Showsha cannot vouch for the authenticity of the report.
WHAT IS THE ENTIRE SNAKE VENOM CASE ABOUT?
For the unversed, an FIR was filed against Elvish recently after his name came up in a rave party where snakes and venom was found. Later, politician and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi accused the YouTuber of supplying snake venom to rave parties in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Elvish was stopped at a checkpost in Rajasthan’s Kota in connection to the case recently but was released later.
On Tuesday, he was also questioned by Noida Police in connection to the case. “YouTuber and Bigg Boss winner Elvish Yadav appeared before the Noida police late at night in connection with the snake venom case. Police have called him again,” DCP Noida Harish Chander said.
WHAT DID ELVISH YADAV SAY ABOUT THE SNAME VENOM CASE?
Meanwhile, Elvish Yadav issued a video clarification last week and claimed that all allegations against him are baseless and devoid of proof. “Maine subah utha aur dekha kaise kaise news phail rahi hai mere khilaaf media mein. Jitne arop mere upar lage hai sab bebuniyad hai, fake hai aur ek percent bhi mein sachhai hai nehi hai,” he said. He further revealed that he would file a defamation case against Maneka Gandhi.
